Benevity is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead the global Business Development function and drive pipeline and revenue. The role requires strategic vision, leadership acumen, and operational excellence to drive high-impact results. The Manager will oversee the global BDR team, develop and drive strategies to achieve key metrics, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business and sales development
• Proven track record of driving pipeline through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
• Global team management experience
• Strategic expertise in developing and executing long-term strategies
• Team leadership and coaching experience
• Pipeline optimization skills
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams
