BECU is a financial institution seeking a Sr Marketing Direct Response Channels Manager to lead innovative, data-driven email and direct mail campaigns that spark meaningful engagement and drive growth.

Requirements

• Design and implement compelling email and direct mail campaigns
• Develop quarterly and annual channel plans
• Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns
• Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with data experts to apply predictive models
• Work closely with product, brand, content, analytics, and senior leadership
• Oversee internal and external partners for production, data processing, and deployment
• Lead a continuous testing agenda to refine strategies and boost channel efficiency
• Keep up with industry best practices, compliance regulations, and emerging trends
• Contribute to budget planning and forecasting for direct channels
• Prepare clear and effective communication plans for leadership and member-facing teams
