The role involves supporting law enforcement authorities, data analysis, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience in the telecommunications industry, and advanced experience with data analysis tools and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (legal background preferred)
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry and a strong interest in technological developments
- Advanced experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
- Experience in preparing data for analysis by cleaning, organising, and transforming raw data into a usable format
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Natural curiosity and critical thinking skills to produce evidence-informed decisions
- Ability to work within a team environment/cross collaborate with other departments
- Tech Savvy, know-how attitude
- Ability to be flexible and receptive to changing process demands
- Phenomenal communicator with excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with attention to detail
- Customer-centric with the ability to understand their needs
- Experience building strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
- Additional languages are a strong asset - French, Spanish, Dutch or Portuguese are preferred
