Bandwidth is seeking a Lead Infant Guide (Classroom Manager) for their children in the Raleigh, NC headquarters. The role involves building a collaborative classroom environment, directly supporting teachers and fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere. They focus on nurturing and stimulating the children's development, and ensuring adherence to best practices in Montessori/RIE education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, MACTE accredited Montessori certification required.
• 6+ years working in a Montessori environment.
• Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques.
• Skilled in observation techniques and documentation.
• Communication skills (oral and written).
