Join the Activation Squad - Boost Interactions team as a key strategic role in the evolution of the bank's omnichannel communication model. You will be responsible for defining and leading how data is generated, processed, and activated to drive customer communications, ensuring that each interaction is relevant, efficient, and measurable.
Your main functions will be: Audience intelligence and decision, Analytics and models, Interaction activation, Governance, control, and continuous improvement.
