Supervisor, General Plant Production

This position will be posted for a minimum of 10 days and will remain open until filled or adjusted based on the volume of applicants. The successful candidate will supervise the plant production function as directed, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, supporting the development and implementation of the food safety system, and providing administration and supervision of the plant production function.

Requirements

• Provide administration and supervision of the plant production function
• Maintain process quality in accordance with Ball Packaging Operations process and quality standards
• Provide on-the-job training and development of subordinates' skills
• Maintain subordinates' attendance, evaluation, and other appropriate records
• Schedules subordinates' vacations, overtime, holidays, and job assignments
• Communicate and disseminate information between crew operations
• Maintain positive relations with local bargaining unit, if applicable
