As a Specialist Technical Training, you will lead the execution of the technical training strategy at the Pilsen manufacturing site.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience working directly in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating technical training for operators and production staff
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• Solid understanding of production floor operations and hands-on experience operating or supporting manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS) for training administration
• Proficiency in both English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, results-driven approach and commitment to fostering a continuous learning culture
