Requirements
- Active BCBA licensure and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and a Missouri Licensure (LBA).
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in pediatric behavioral health and demonstrated ability to develop strong, professional relationships with families, staff, and clients.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a commitment to maintaining continuing education units (CEUs) and ongoing clinical improvement.
- Strong documentation skills, completion of non-billable tasks, and adhering to deadlines.

- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with experience).
