Senior Human Resources Generalist

Atkore is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead and execute talent acquisition/staffing, employee relations, coaching, and counseling of management team to maximize the contribution of associates. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Excellent computer skills with ability to analyze information and create reports
• Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
• Flexibility to come in early or occasionally work off shift hours to provide support to 2nd and 3rd shift as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
