The Part-Time Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) will provide crucial behavioral health navigation and case management support for the Behavioral Health Navigators Team at CASCBS. This temporary role ensures continuity of services during a period of staffing transition and increased client needs.

Requirements

• LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical)
• Clinical case management
• Familiarity with behavioral health resources in Montgomery County preferred
• Ability to tolerate stress in others while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills, transparency, and the ability to meet clients where they are
• Adaptability to shifting priorities
