Job description
Under the direction of the AS/SDSU Competitive Sports Coordinator, the Associate Coach for the rowing team will be responsible for assisting the head coach with various duties as it relates to the Women's Rowing program, including planning and administration, design and implementation of novice and varsity women's practice schedules and training schemes, recruitment and retention efforts, and promotion and marketing of the rowing program.
