Production Coordinator

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team in Lawrence, KS. The role involves coordinating and providing training to meet schedule customer demand, controlling workflow, and ensuring accuracy of inventory and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be results-oriented, and have the ability to motivate others.

Requirements

• Capable of communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Possess efficient and productive organizational, time management and analytical skills.
• Possess mechanical competence and knowledge and use of safety conscious practices.
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and inventory management.
• Must obtain a forklift license and certification within 45 days from hire date.
• Must pass the Qualification forklift exam prior to interview (internal candidates only).
