Manager, Wastewater Operations

The Manager of Wastewater is responsible for providing leadership and management of personnel to ensure proper operation of the wastewater facilities, management of waste streams, and development of capital and expense budgets.

Requirements

• Manage operations and administrative staff
• Prepare yearly KPIs and complete monthly reporting
• Establish and implement Company standards for design, procurement, and construction of equipment and facilities
• Maintain and/or create standard operating procedures
• Review and evaluate reports, records, logs, graphs, and information within SCADA
• Ensure issues are identified, addressed, and elevated in a timely manner
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies
• Identify and evaluate improvements to improve reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost effectiveness
• Maintain positive relationships with operations and administrative staff, community officials, regulators, and customers
• Develop and update CMOM Plan related to wastewater collection system, pumping, and treatment
• Implement Infiltration and inflow studies, evaluations, and testing
