Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT/ Sleep Technician, PRN

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner/Sleep Technician to perform comprehensive sleep testing analysis and treatment of respiratory related sleep disorders. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in respiratory care and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CoARC accredited associates degree program in respiratory care
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Illinois
• Active RRT Credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist) from the National Board of Respiratory Care
• RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT)
• PALS Certification
• Current BLS certification through AHA
• Demonstrated effective written and spoken communication skills
