Air Dominance & Strike - Program Director

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead one of its largest development programs across various stages of the contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems and engineering mindset, execution focus, and collaborative partnership skills. The Program Director will be responsible for developing and deploying Anduril's Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet the operational needs of the Department of Defense.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (technical background preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years experience managing the development of complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and driving their on-time, on-budget completion
