Senior Designer - Content & Growth

We are looking for a Senior Designer - Content & Growth to help shape and scale the visual expression of Allbirds across all digital touchpoints. The role involves concepting and designing digital assets for paid social, display, and mobile campaigns, as well as leveraging AI and digital tools for ideation and design.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of professional design experience
• Experience working in or with e-commerce, DTC, or growth-oriented brands
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital storytelling, performance ad creative, and responsive design
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools
• Strong typographic, layout, and systems-thinking skills
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted image creation and design workflows
• Strong understanding of paid media formats, specs, and best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display
