Staff Accountant

Aleto is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to support various accounting functions beyond traditional AP and AR tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and Desktop, as well as labor cost allocations and payroll G/L entries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• Strong knowledge of traditional AP/AR, journal entries, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
• Experience with labor cost allocations and payroll G/L entries
• Understanding revenue recognition principles and WIP Inventory accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated
