Senior Furniture Program Manager

Aleto is seeking a Senior Furniture Program Manager to oversee the performance of a Furniture & Services contract and serve as the primary Account Manager point of contact between Aleto and the Government. The ideal candidate will have deep program-management expertise, independent judgment, critical thinking, and proactive leadership to excel in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for SCI access and Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree/certification in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in furniture procurement, facilities management, or workplace strategy
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities with experience supervising staff and consultants
• Proven capability to manage large-scale, multi-site furniture and warranty programs
• In-depth understanding of commercial furniture products, ergonomics, and space planning
• Experience with BIFMA, ANSI, LEED standards, and familiarity with GSA and FAR procurement regulations
