
Job description
The Manager of Impact Evaluation and Analytics is responsible for fostering a data culture of learning and improving processes and practices that support data democratization. This position oversees analysis, reporting, and research to ensure the organization is effectively managing and developing programming in alignment with community need and the strategic plan.
The Manager will oversee analysis, reporting, and research to ensure the organization is effectively managing and developing programming in alignment with community need and the strategic plan. They will also supervise a new role focused on community feedback and the establishment of a Neighbor Advisory Council.
This position requires a manager who is passionate about using data for good, has experience in program/impact evaluation and feedback systems, and is committed to equity, access, and belonging.
