Alameda County Community Food Bank is seeking a Director of Strategy Operations to lead the implementation of its Vision 2030 strategy and Theory of Change. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation, with a proven track record of developing and operationalizing multi-year strategic plans. They will be responsible for driving strategic execution, alignment, and innovation, as well as building a culture of equity-centered innovation within the organization.
