Bilingual Food as Medicine Program Coordinator

The Food as Medicine Program Coordinator will play a critical role in program administration at the client-level, assisting with referral and client management, and performing outreach, enrollment, and entering data into our secure database system. The coordinator will also work with the program team to assist with client deliveries, and help the team increase the caseload, broaden our referral network, and find new pathways to reach community members.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Cantonese preferred, with Spanish also considered
• 3+ years relevant experience in public health, healthcare, public administration, public policy or healthcare-related area of expertise
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite, Qualtrics, Salesforce, and routing platforms
• Excellent attention to detail; able to manage administrative and data collection systems and databases
• Ability to attend work functions outside of normal work hours, on weekends and evenings, as needed
