
Job description
The Food as Medicine Program Coordinator will play a critical role in program administration at the client-level, assisting with referral and client management, and performing outreach, enrollment, and entering data into our secure database system. The coordinator will also work with the program team to assist with client deliveries, and help the team increase the caseload, broaden our referral network, and find new pathways to reach community members.
