Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in major projects, transit preferred
• Past experience with concrete works and/or shafts excavation required
• 8+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the Construction industry
• Proven experience on leading projects with excellent safety scores and able to review risks and hazards associated to the scope of work
• Past exposure on leading self perform works with focus on assigning, coordinating and leading crews required by the scope of work
• Experienced in managing projects ranging from $100 million up to $500 million
• Thorough knowledge of the applicable OH&S legislation
• Exceptional ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Proficient Computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work the project schedule which may include weekends and/or night shift
• Background checks required
