Financial Operations Manager

Actalent is seeking a Financial Operations Manager / Assistant Controller to join the Services team at their Global Headquarters in Hanover, MD. This role focuses on overseeing financial stewardship for engineering and sciences services practices, including negotiation, reporting, pricing, and cost management. The FinOps Manager will partner with senior management to maintain profitability and improve financial processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in financial analytics or financial operations role with a global, services organization
• BA / BS degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in project finance roles (preferred)
