
Job description
The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for leading the stewarding team at the Fairmont Empress hotel in Victoria, BC. The role involves coordinating work flow, training colleagues, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. The supervisor will also be responsible for reporting maintenance issues and performing daily inspections. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a kitchen environment and experience in a leadership or supervisor position. The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $26.35 to $30.11 and various benefits, including employee discounts, access to comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, and a company-matched Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP).
