Maintenance Supervisor (Working Lead)

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and strengthen our maintenance function on-site, performing day-to-day maintenance while supervising and mentoring one electromechanical technician, and keeping our production equipment running at peak performance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CMMS systems and structured preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
