The Pick-up & Delivery Merchandising Associate plays a key role in the donation logistics process by ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of donated goods. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to donors and clients, maintaining communication with dispatch, and supporting in-store merchandising.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, adhere to safe lifting practices, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work collaboratively with team members
